For any non-believers out there…below is the official weigh-in photo from the 2009 Pennsylvania Giant Pumpkin Growers Association weigh-in.
As a point of reference, the pumpkin behind me is over 1400 pounds.

Well we got the pumpkin loaded in the truck with no trouble at all. Thanks to all that helped.
I rolled down to Altoona and proceeded to get unloaded and then stand around for 6 hours before all was said and done.
