Mmm…Pecan Pie
Today is Beth’s last day at work for the year. Mine was apparently back in March, Ugh. Anyway she decided to bake a pecan pie to take to work today. Not just any pecan pie either. This is the hard-core artery hardening, sugar coma inducing, bourbon laced creation seen below. Hopefully the vultures in her office will see to it that a piece is left for me but I’m not banking on it.
After all, it’s got nuts in it so it must be good for you… right?!?
